FEDlogic Unveils a Fully Redesigned Website with Enhanced Client Customization
We’re excited to announce that www.fedlogicgroup.com has undergone a dramatic and refreshing update. It now provides more information and resources and incorporates a brand new feature: customized web pages designed to provide focused resources for clients, HR teams, and employees. This enhancement allows each group to access relevant tools and information in one convenient place. Another new feature worth celebrating is the opportunity for employees and HR team members to request consultations. HR team members must remember when scheduling a consultation on behalf of an employee that FEDlogic is most effective when the employee is educated about the service and knows we will be reaching out.
Our new system utilizes separate HR and employee web pages to ensure that they receive content tailored to their specific needs. The employee page contains resources designed to help your employees, teammates, and associates understand how FEDlogic can best support them, while the HR page provides tools and guides to assist your HR team in directing employees to the right resources.
In addition, your employees and HR teams will have their own separate access codes to enter their dedicated web pages, giving them easy access to important information about federal and state benefits like Medicare enrollment, Medicaid coordination, and Social Security guidance. These access codes have already been shared in individual emails sent to each client and their benefits teams. The access codes will also be distributed on refreshed and updated mailers and digital resources that you will receive shortly.
To explore these customized pages, visit www.fedlogicgroup.com and use your access code to dive into the resources built just for you. This new feature ensures each audience receives focused support based on their needs, making it easier for everyone to navigate complex benefits programs. If you haven’t yet received your access codes, please contact [email protected], and we will be happy to assist you.
Though your employees will be asked for an access code to log in to the customized portal, our expert team has received thorough training on how to find and provide these codes. If an employee does not have the code when they call us, we will be more than happy to share it, help them log in, and offer to schedule or conduct a consultation at that time.
As always, we are here to assist with any questions or additional support you may need. We look forward to hearing your feedback on this exciting new tool!

What You Need to Know about Medicare’s Upcoming Open Enrollment Period
As Medicare recipients prepare for the upcoming Open Enrollment Period, it's essential to understand the opportunities available to optimize their healthcare coverage. From October 15 to December 7 of each year, Medicare beneficiaries can review and modify their Medicare plans, ensuring they align with their health needs and budget for the coming year.

What is the Medicare Open Enrollment Period?
The Medicare Open Enrollment Period is an annual window during which individuals on Medicare can reevaluate their current plans. This is the perfect time to add, drop, or switch Medicare health plans. Any changes made during this period will take effect on January 1 of the following year.
During Open Enrollment, beneficiaries can make several key changes:
Join or drop a Medicare Part D prescription drug plan.
Switch from Original Medicare (Parts A and B) to a Medicare Advantage plan.
Change from one Medicare Advantage plan to another.
Return to Original Medicare from a Medicare Advantage plan.
Switch to a different Medicare Part D plan.
Why Reevaluate Your Medicare Coverage?
Each year, insurance companies modify their Medicare plans, affecting out-of-pocket costs such as monthly premiums, deductibles, and prescription drug prices. Additionally, starting in 2025, some employer group health plans may no longer be considered "credible coverage" for Medicare Part D, which could impact beneficiaries' prescription drug options.
It's crucial to reassess coverage annually to ensure it meets specific healthcare needs and financial situations. Benefits of reevaluating coverage include:
Finding a Part D plan that better fits prescription needs, potentially lowering costs.
Ensuring that preferred doctors remain in-network can save money.
Discovering more comprehensive plans at a similar cost to current coverage.
Next Steps: Comparing Plans
To make informed decisions, start comparing Medicare plans early. FEDlogic is available to help navigate options. We understand that navigating Medicare can be complex. Our team is here to assist your employees in evaluating their current plans and exploring their options during the Open Enrollment Period. Whether they need help understanding their benefits, comparing plans, or identifying the best coverage for their healthcare needs, we’re dedicated to supporting them every step of the way.
FEDlogic provides unlimited, confidential, and free consultations to the employees and household members of our client organizations. We served as an unbiased resource to provide education and support while helping people navigate their benefits options. We do not sell, endorse, or promote any products or services to your employees or their family members.
